Junior Athletic Development programs build the foundations of both a healthy lifestyle and optimal performance through childhood and adolescence, through fun, engaging and progressive coaching sessions. They are a perfect complement to young athlete’s sports training – allowing them to fulfil their potential – whilst also engaging children not so keen on organised sport.

Years 4-5

Emphasis on fun and ‘learning through play’ with a progressive, games-based curriculum design, scaled so every child can achieve while learning the basics of moving well and mastering their body strength.

Class Options:

Classes run 44 weeks per year.

One Session per week = £22/month 

Two Sessions per week = £40/month

Years 6-8

The older age program maintains a large emphasis on fun while also teaching athletes to ‘learn to train’ – for example understanding basic principles of exercise such as progression and goal setting.

Years 8-13

Athletes are coached in a ‘Team Training’ environment, working on their own individualised program alongside athletes of all ages, to ensure maximum progression. 

In addition to Strength and Conditioning, members are enrolled in the Academy’s Athlete Education Program (AEP): a combination of online and small group workshops, delivering a 12 month curriculum of Nutrition, Mindset and Recovery education, with the goals of a) optimised health and b) optimised performance.

Class Options:
Flexible Online booking system with sessions available from 1500-2000 daily in term time, with additional mornings in the holidays. Athlete Education Program workshops held three-weekly, two evenings per week and accessible online live or recorded.

£44 per month for unlimited coaching sessions per week.
